Post: Clinical Services Administration Support

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hrs per week)

Salary: S3/S4 (Dependant on experience) (S3 £18,205 - £20,286) / (S4 £20,286 - £22,887)

About the role

The main purpose of this role is to provide full and comprehensive administrative service support to the Clinical Matron and Quality and Governance Manager working across all clinical service areas.  You will be responsible for the accurate recording of clinical information also analyse data and produce statistical reports collaborated from various data systems.  You will be a point of contact for enquiries, liaising with other agencies and disciplines in professional manner, ensuring that complex and sensitive information is communicated accordingly.

The successful candidate will have:

  • responsibility for the oversight of EMIS in all clinical areas.
  • excellent administrative and communication skills.
  • ability to manage own workload whilst supporting the Hospice wider teams.
  • ability to complete agreed and required actions in timely manner.

Community Health Care Assistant Night Sitters

Full or part time on a casual/flexible contract

Hours of work:   10pm-7am (9 hours)

Band 2 £17,652 per annum (pro rata)

Driving license & vehicle is preferred but not essential for the night sitter position

We are expanding our home care community service and are looking for some very special people to join our team. We want to expand our existing community care service to include night sits to fully support those patients and loved ones who need extra support. Could you make a difference to the lives of local people who wish to spend their final weeks of life at home?  Do you have previous experience in caring for people in their own homes?  Then you could be just the person we are looking for to join our team as a Community Health Care Assistant Night Sitter.

This service is designed to enable family members to take a break from their caring duties and to get a good night’s sleep, in the knowledge that their loved one is being closely monitored and cared for.
